Hi, I’m Lucy Newport and I help tender-hearted women free themselves from binge eating. 


I know how strong the pull to binge can be. I know the feelings of shame and disappointment which come after. And I know how utterly vulnerable it can feel talking to someone about all of this. 


I know because I spent 14 years binge eating, feeling like my relationships with my body, my worth, my emotions and my food were a mess. 


But I am grateful for it all. Because on this journey I’ve had to learn how to deeply recieve myself and this life I have. It’s the medicine I didn’t know I needed; the bringing together of all the threads attached to my body, my worth, my emotions and my food.

And I am grateful now that I get to do this work with you; guiding you to find your own medicine within.

Because my love, it is there. You are both the lock and the key, the hider and discoverer.
