  • What if I need more than 16 weeks of 1-1 coaching?

    Everyone’s recovery journey is unique, and if we find that you’d benefit from more sessions together, we can absolutely discuss this. This may look like reducing sessions to once every two weeks as you need less support or having “Integration Sessions” once every couple of months. 


    I’m here to help you get to a place where you no longer need 1-1 coaching as soon as possible, whilst honouring your own pace. . 

  • How do you take payment?

    If after your free exploration call we both feel like we’ll be a good fit to work together, I’ll email you a secure Stripe link to make the payment for your chosen option (pay in full or the 4 x monthly payment plan). 


    If you prefer, however, I can email you an invoice to be paid by bank transfer. 

  • I'm not in the UK or US - can I still work with you?

    Absolutely! The beauty of working online is that I can support women all over the world. Pricing is shown in GBP and USD for clarity, but I welcome clients from any location. When it comes to payments, I use Stripe, which handles conversions, allowing you to pay in your local currency.

Hey, I’m Lucy Newport and I help highly sensitive women free themselves from binge eating. 


I know how strong the pull to binge can be. I know the feelings of shame and disappointment which come after. And I know how utterly vulnerable it can feel talking to someone about all of this. 


I know because I spent 14 years binge eating, feeling like my relationships with my body, my worth, my sensitivity and my food were a mess. 


But I am grateful for it all. Because on this journey I’ve learnt how to deeply receive myself, my feelings and my life. It’s the medicine I didn’t know I needed.


And I am grateful now that I get to do this work with you; guiding you to find your own medicine within.
