Hi, I’m Lucy Newport and I help highly sensitive and empathic women free themselves from binge eating.
I do this work because I’m a big feeler like you. And for too long I lived with a low sense of self-worth, soothing uncomfortable emotions with cookies and crisps, whilst trying to lose weight with diets, over-exercising and “being good”.
This just led me to countless binge blowouts and ultimately I was a binge eater for 14 years. Now that I’m out the other side I’m here to help you do the same.
As a coach I love asking questions. I’ve found that often we already know what we need in our recovery, we’re just blocked from accessing our own inner wisdom.
