    I totally get that waiting a week in between sessions can be a long time, especially when you’re really “in it”. So, whether you binged and want guidance on taking the most supportive steps or have an event coming up that you’re worried will trigger a binge, I’m here for you in between sessions. 


    You can message me via WhatsApp at any time and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can, usually between 9am - 5pm on weekdays (but often more quickly when possible). 

  • What if I need more than 4 months of 1-1 coaching?

    Everyone’s recovery journey is unique and if we find that you’d benefit from more sessions together, we can absolutely discuss this. This may look like reducing sessions to once every two weeks as you need less support or having additional “Integration Sessions” once every couple of months. 


    I’m here to help you get to a place where you no longer need 1-1 coaching as soon as possible, whilst honouring your own pace.

Hey, I’m Lucy Newport and I help highly sensitive women free themselves from binge eating. 


I know how strong the pull to binge can be. I know the feelings of shame and disappointment which come after. And I know how utterly vulnerable it can feel talking to someone about all of this. 


I know because I spent 14 years binge eating, feeling like my relationships with my body, my worth, my sensitivity and my food were a mess. 


But I am grateful for it all. Because on this journey I’ve learnt how to deeply receive myself, my feelings and my life. It’s the medicine I didn’t know I needed.


And I am grateful now that I get to do this work with you; guiding you to find your own medicine within.
