Hey, I’m Lucy Newport and I help highly sensitive women free themselves from binge eating.
I know how strong the pull to binge can be. I know the feelings of shame and disappointment which come after. And I know how utterly vulnerable it can feel talking to someone about all of this.
I know because I spent 14 years binge eating, feeling like my relationships with my body, my worth, my sensitivity and my food were a mess.
But I am grateful for it all. Because on this journey I’ve learnt how to deeply receive myself, my feelings and my life. It’s the medicine I didn’t know I needed.
