Class 1: Your vision


Having a powerful and personal vision and “why” for your recovery is foundational and will help you to keep showing up for yourself throughout the mini-course and beyond. 

Class 2: Why restriction isn’t the answer

You’ll learn about the four main types of restriction and understand their roles within binge eating and restricting cycles.

Class 3: What are you restricting?


A self-reflection-based class where you’ll get clarity on the ways in which you’re restricting food, and which specific foods have the greatest hold over you.

  • How do the optional 1-1 coaching calls work?
