Short reflection: What if you’re already worthy?

We all question our worth. It’s an entirely human thing.
If you're here, it’s likely because you’ve questioned your worth around the size of your body, your feelings and how you experience the world as a sensitive being.
Believing that if you were slimmer, if you hid your feelings, if you behaved how others do, you’d somehow be more worthy.
Again, that’s okay - it's part of many of our journeys.
But recognising this, we’re given the opportunity to ask better questions.
And we can flip the “How do I become more worthy?” question to:
“What if I’m already worthy?”
A question that opens us, rather than keeping us striving. That is truer in its essence.
Try asking yourself this every day… multiple times…
“What if I’m already worthy?”
And watch what gradually unfolds.
